Safety Net Protection for personnel and debris from SGB Youngman.

Safety nets are used in a variety of applications such as roofing and floor installation where site personnel are at risk working over open steelwork and where other forms of protection are impractical. They are an ideal solution where men or materials cannot be protected by more conventional methods.

SGB’s netting is made with braided twine providing high resistance to deterioration. The type ‘S’ Catchnet system utilises 100mm x 100mm knotted personnel nets, which can be used in conjunction with a fine mesh nylon debris net.

All nets meet today’s stringent European standards which will soon become legislation and are fully backed up with our expert survey, assessment and rigging service

SGB are founder members of the ‘FASET’ (Fall Arrest Safety Equipment Training) Organisation, which is now recognised by the Major Contractors Group and the HSE as the only training scheme for this type of work.
